Accept

Where a file has warnings that are defined by the bank to be held and verified by the bank's staff, the file will be displayed within the Accept screen.  The user has the ability to delete this file where required.

In our example, 'joe699' has loaded a file for $1393.54 that has caused a warning error.  This has placed the file into a holding area. 'joe699' does not have the ability to move this file from the holding area into the clearance process. This must be done by banking staff via Bank*Link.  'joe699' does have the ability to delete the file totally and try and gather the file again after making the appropriate corrections.
